About the Role
As a Senior Field Technician, you will:
> Independently troubleshoot and repair EV chargers (L2 & DCFC)
> Lead preventive/corrective maintenance with minimal supervision
> Mentor junior technicians and provide on-site guidance
> Perform firmware/software updates and advanced diagnostics
> Conduct detailed inspections and complete technical reports
> Partner with Certified Electricians on projects requiring licensed electrical work
Compensation: $22–$36/hr (DOE), plus benefits (health insurance, PTO, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, PPE & tools provided).
Requirements
2+ years of experience in EVSE, telecom, or power electronics
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and networking systems
Ability to work independently and lead jobs on-site
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
