About the Role
As a Junior Field Technician, you will:
> Assist in preventive/corrective maintenance of EV chargers
> Support troubleshooting and inspections under supervision
> Perform basic tasks such as component swaps and site readiness checks
> Document service activities in our ticketing system
> Collaborate closely with senior technicians and electricians
> Participate in training to grow into higher-level roles
Compensation: $18–$26/hr (DOE), plus benefits (health insurance, PTO, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, PPE & tools provided).
Requirements
High school diploma or GED (Required)
0–1 year experience in technical, electrical, or mechanical field (preferred)
Strong interest in EV charging, electrical, or renewable energy
Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude, willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel in the assigned region
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
